Dymo LetraTag 200B Sweeptakes 2023

Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (VOID where prohibited). Entrant(s) must physically reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be 18 years of age or older as of 11:59 PM on June 1, 2023, Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sanford L.P. d/b/a Dymo ("Sponsor").

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

2. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM EST on Thursday, June 1, 2023 and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, December 31, 2023. In these Official Rules, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to as the "Entrance Period".

HOW TO ENTER:

3. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must purchase a DYMO LetraTag 200B (the “Machine”) and register the Machine online during the Entrance Period. To register their Machine, the user must visit www.dymo-yankeecandle.com/?country=us and click “Register Here!” button to initiate registration. Once registration has been completed and submitted, random entrants will be selected as a winner.

4. After the Entrance Period ends, no further entries to the Sweepstakes will be permitted. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entries from the Sweepstakes.

5. There is no entry fee or other costs necessary to enter the Sweepstakes.

6. To enter, entrants must agree and accept these terms and conditions.

7. To enter the Sweepstakes without registration of a LetraTag 200B, entrants are required to:

Complete a 3” x 5” index card with below information:

First and Last Name
Mailing Address, including street number, street name, city, state, and zip code
Telephone Number, including area code and full telephone number

Entrants randomly selected as winners will receive a mailed letter with their unique promo code and instructions to select their free prize on YankeeCandle.com.

WINNER SELECTION:

8. Once registration has been completed and submitted, winners will be selected at random. There are 7,000 prizes available altogether during the Entrance Period, for both online and mail-in entries. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entrants.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

9. Winning entrants submitting online registration will receive email notification with instructions to claim their prize on YankeeCandle.com. Winning entrants submitting an index card via mail will receive return mail with instructions to claim their prize on YankeeCandle.com.

10. If the winner chooses not to or is not able, for any reason, to accept a Prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative entrant who shall be drawn at random from all remaining correct, complete and eligible entries.

PRIZE:

11. All winners will receive a promo code valid for one (1) Original Large Jar Candle OR one (1) Signature Large Candle AND Free Shipping, redeemable on yankeecandle.com. The value of the each prize is approximately $34.00. All promo codes must be redeemed by Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

12. We cannot be responsible for invalid details or communication failures.

13. Winners are responsible for any additional costs and expenses associated with the prize, outside of what is listed above.

14. Each prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

15. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

16. If the prize is not received by the winner, no additional or replacement prize will be sent.

17. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor’s liability under or in connection with the Sweepstakes or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the prize in question.

18. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the Sweepstakes or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Sponsor and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

20. By taking part in the Sweepstakes, the winner acknowledges that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity subject to applicable laws.

21. Personal data supplied during the course of this Sweepstakes will only be processed as set out in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Sponsor, and any of its affiliates acting as a Controller under relevant data protection rules and regulations, will retain your Personal data solely for the further course and completion of this Sweepstakes, for participation management and contact with winners. This includes full name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number. Your Personal Data will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party that are not affiliated to Sponsor unless required for the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. You have a right to access, modify or remove your personal data by using our Data Privacy Enquiry form. Your personal data will be destroyed after the end of this Sweepstakes.
