Click on your Windows Start Button. Choose Programs.Choose CardScan. Choose PalmPilot Conduit Setup or Conduit for PalmPilot. Click on Browse. Search for and double click on the file named Blank.cdb. Select a Two-Way Synchronization. (In CardScan version 3.0.6 or later, this option will be listed in the Advanced or Synchronization section). Click on Ok. Place your PalmPilot in its cradle, and HotSync. You will begin to see the address information appear in CardScan. Once this has completed, bring up the CardScan program, and click on any one of the entries. Choose Select All from the Edit menu. Choose Delete from the Card menu. Your entries in CardScan will have been deleted. HotSync your PalmPilot, and your Address Book will have been cleared.

  • I have a LabelManager that is printing poorly. The print on the label is very light. How can I resolve this?

    Replace the existing batteries with a new/fresh set of alkaline batteries, replace the existing tape cassette with a new tape cassette or use a cotton swab dipped in a pure alcohol-based solution (e.g. isopropyl or rubbing alcohol) to carefully clean the transporter roller and print head. Dust, dirt, or glue may accumulate on the rubber transport roller or print head inside the cassette compartment and adversely affect print quality. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact DYMO Technical support.

    The LabelManager 420P requires a maximum time of 6 hours to fully charge from empty to full. The battery is fully charged when a voltage level of 8.4V is reached. When this voltage is reached, the battery indicator will show a solid bar.
