Rated 2 out of 5 by Junk52 from Machine is Junk I bought this a year ago used it 4 time and now doesn't work. 1: don't hold tape/cartridge. 2: doesn't detect the tape/cartridge. Over all the machine is good and easy to use, and prints clear and clean.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SamSamuli from Tapes do not quite stay in place in ths model, Meh, for some reason 12mm/19mm tapes do not quite stay in place in ths model, especially 3rd party labels. Model 5200 works so much better.
