CardScan FAQs

On January 1, 2020, the extended period of technical support for CardScan products ended. Since all CardScan products have been discontinued, it is no longer possible to use CardScan software version 9 or later beyond the trial period. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The version 8.0.5 and a license key, will allow you to continue using your CardScan® hardware. This version will allow you to manually export contacts from Outlook and import them to CardScan software. Click here to download CardScan Executive version 8.0.5. Before installing the software, please check if your CardScan device and operating system are on the compatibility list below:


• CardScan® 500 - Windows® XP and later, 32-bit systems only
• CardScan® 600c - Windows® XP and later, 32-bit/64-bit systems
• CardScan® 600cx - Windows® XP and later, 32-bit/64-bit systems
• CardScan® 700c - Windows® XP and later, 32-bit/64-bit systems
