Refuses to connect WiFi or USBI bought this printer to create product labels from a database via mobile. The printer only works through mobile if you use the Dymo app. It does not connect to the device as a normal printer.
Even with a computer, every time I tried to use this printer, I had to reset its network settings and repeat the process for reconnecting it to my network. Eventually it just stopped connecting altogether. Now it does not connect wirelessly or via USB.

Perfect label printer for my needsI bought this label printer two years ago to replace a LabelWriter 400 USB printer. I print out inventory labels and it was important to me that I use a label printer instead of label sheets to prevent waste. I have printed over 2,000 labels with this printer using the Dymo Connect software. Both Windows 10 and 11 have added the printer with no issue. The only problem I have my VPN has to be turned off for it to print, otherwise it shows as disconnected on my computer. The printer comes out of sleep mode easily when printing from Dymo Connect. This printer was the perfect label printer for my needs.

Stopped WorkingI purchased this unit in June 2021 and after a bit of a challenge to get it working with Wi-Fi, it finally connected and worked flawlessly. Until two days ago. The roll of labels was used up. I installed a second roll of blank labels that I had in stock and ever since, it won't print labels, it just 'feeds' blank labels about 18 at a time. Trying to contact DYMO by phone using the two numbers listed on their Websites, results in only hearing 'elevator music' while on hold; IMPOSSIBLE to contact a live person !! Tried their 'chat' feature on their Website; that ended up with them wanting me to pay $41-46 bucks a month for the next year to have 'Tech Support' so they could get my (their) label printer working again. Tried powering it down and back up; same issue.

Garbage TechAs an employee for a big tech company that cares about its customers, it amazes me that Dymo still allows consumers to spend money on this. It worked for about a year and then inexplicably will not connect wirelessly and soon after stopped working in USB connected-cable mode as well. Complete waste of money. Avoid.

Perfect Wireless printer to Print Stamps and AddreGreat Wireless printer to replace my Labelwriter 450. It worked great. finely no USB cables I have to worry about. I bought it from ebay with no power cable or spool, I just used the existing power and spool from my old labelwriter 450 and worked out great.I had no problems connecting to my 5ghz band WIFI. Dymo did great to add the feature to use 5Ghz wireless instead of 2.4ghz. That's the correct way and the y didn't cheap out.
Just reset the printer to the default settings first and start from scratch. That's a good rule for anything you buy from Ebay.

Junk: support will evade youThis is junk. Mine broke (no longer broadcasting the wireless address) and I got the runaround from support. Back and forth until they ran out the clock on the warranty.

Fast, Efficient, Portable, Reliable and SimpleWe are a private nonprofit community health site and have used the same unit since 2020 (going on five years now), with no issues. We have produced thousands of patient labels for charting, filing, lab requisitions, forms, etc. The wireless unit is a game-changer in that as our operation shifts, we can move the device anywhere with power and in range of our wi-fi infrastructure -this includes outdoors, weather permitting for our drive-up events. Labels are the achilles heal of healthcare records -without a good, reliable, portable and efficient device, we would have issues.
