    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Auto shut off is awful Whoever decided to have an auto shut off after 3 minutes should not be in product design. You can't even finish packing a box before it shuts off. Then you have to reset ship station, which makes this product useless. You should offer a refund to everyone who bought this and can't use it since you didn't disclose the stupid auto shut off feature on the box. Nobody in their right mind should buy this product. Seriously why would you make a scale that shuts off automatically after only 3 minutes when plugged in????

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away. Annoying functionality and now it broke Please no one in your right mind buy this. Its lovely that Dymo chimed in time and time again on these reviews to say the auto-off feature is intentional. If I bought a car that turned off every three minutes it isn't okay just because the manufacturer said it is... Alas, I've suffered through the auto-off for the last couple years with this and now it won't stay on for more than 2-3 seconds and I have to unplug/plug it back in (I realize this is now defective and not the designed function). Its sadly going in the trash and I'll buy something else. Disappointing as I bought this because of the DYMO brand name. Now because of this experience I will buy anything BUT a DYMO product. Happy shopping!

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turns Off every 3 minutwhether you like it or not. Does not work with ShipStation or any similar platform. It shuts off constantly and needs to be reconnected manually every time. If it is plugged in to USB, there should be an option to keep it ON constantly

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but useless Is there any Dymo scale that allow to DISABLE your automatic shut-off functionality? Scale is practical, economic and even pretty, but is useless if it shuts off every 3 minutes, even USB powered! Congrats to the product owner who decided that.
