I thought this printer would make my life easier but it actually just made my life harder. It constantly jams, needs cleaning, or just doesnt print for some reason.
I've called customer service and they are no help. Either they are closed, have you on hold for 30+ minutes, or take 3 days to respond and when you finally connect with someone they can't even fix the issue.
Just a waste of timer and money.

Most unreliable, Not a time saver
Constantly says label not detected even after printing one label. Manual will just tell you that the flash power button means there is an issue, wow such surprise. No solutions and good luck with the support.

Horrible Product
Difficult to install software, shipping labels do not print correctly. I have a Dymo LabelWriter 5XL with 4x6 shipping labels and they only print half of the actual label on the paper. Very poor product, I would not recommend. Spent $170 on the product and after a few days of going through an entire roll of shipping labels without any success, I can honestly say I would've rather thrown that $170 away than spending it on this piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!

Buy a cheap Walmart basic printer instead!
I've had the dymo 5xl for a year now, and it's just a giant PITB at every turn. It was expensive, even when on clearance at staples, it was difficult to set up (thankful for YouTube University!) and possibly the worst part, is the labels are extremely expensive! For the cost, I really thought I was getting a Bluetooth compatible piece of equipment, I do most sales on my phone, but have to connect to a computer to create labels. Huge mistake buying this. When I initially couldn't get it to work, I went to Walmart and bought a $30 Bluetooth printer, with generic paper and packing tape so I could get my shipments sent out on time. I should have just gone with the cheap printer, because this one is a hassle and very expensive to use, they totally have you forced into buying their own branded very specific labels. Do not recommend, I'll never buy anything dymo again.

GREAT decision Purchase
I have had this Item for about 6 months now and have had only minor which are easily fixed with a cleaning. This printer changed my LIFE for the better so much easier and less anticipation when it come to the shipping process.
